Step 1. Read these Instructions and the Review agreement below.
When you fill out this form you are agreeing to its terms with regards to this story. Basically we do not want to waste your time or ours so we need to know that you are actually interested in getting this story published.

Step 2. Fill out the form.
These instructions give some details to help avoid any confusion.

* A. Start with your Pen Name. For this field please use the same Pen Name that you have used for any other communications with us. We tag your file this way and it keeps our records straight. If you wish to use a new Pen Name for this story please put it in the “Preferred Pen Name for this Story” box.  If you have questions on pen names please discuss them with your agent.

* B. The first section is regarding prohibited content. There are cases where stories can be edited or where some seemingly prohibited content can be used. An example of “prohibited content that can be used would be a werewolf for a “bestiality” story. BUT… Generally any content in this section will keep a story from being published.

* C. Write in a 50-200 word description of your story and list as many sub-genres of your story as you can think of.
Examples: Gay, Spanking, SM, BDSM, College Girls, Forced, Humiliated, Exhibition, etc…

* D. If your story has ever been placed on the web anywhere we will find it. Google, Copyscape, Amazon and TT Publishing have phenomenal search powers. They can find anything. This is not a problem as long as we can be sure that you do in fact own the rights to the story. The more URLS you can list here the better. Just list every URL that you have ever posted the story or stories to in order of when you posted it or them as best as you can. We can work out the rest from here. This is part of our job and why TT Publishing trusts and works with us. Please also list any

* E. Check the box that states that you do own the rights to this story or these stories and that you do want TT Publishing to publish it.

Step 3. Give a copy of the story to your Agent.
The best way to do this is to email a copy of your story in RTF format to your agent within a few minutes after filling out this form.

Step 4. Smile. Life is good. We will get back to you. 
We will contact you if your story is accepted or if it is close and could be accepted with some editing.

The agreement below is simply to avoid wasting time. Ours or Yours.
Here is what the agreement is saying in plain English. 

* You are saying that this really is your story.
* You will give a copy of the story to actually review.
* You will not try to sue us for reviewing your story.
* We will review your story to see if it is acceptable for TT Publishing to Publish.
* Once you fill out the form above and hit submit you are agreeing to the agreement below.
* You would like to move forward to get your story published and we would like to move forward to publish it.

NOTE: You are not yet agreeing to let us have your story published and we are not yet agreeing to try and get your story published.
BUT… This agreement says that it is your intent and ours to move in this direction.

AGREEMENT made this day as listed above in the submission form between the author whose name is listed in the above submission form. (hereinafter called the Author); and whose principal place of business is at Walnut California, USA. email (hereinafter called the Agent);

In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties agree as follows:


The Author represents that he is the sole proprietor of the Work and that the Work to the best of his knowledge does not contain any libelous matter and does not violate the civil rights of any person or persons, does not infringe any existing copyright and has not heretofore been published in book form. The Author hereby represents and warrants to the Agent that the Author holds the full power and authority to grant these rights.


The Author agrees to deliver to the Agent, a complete electronic text of the Work in a format to be determined by the Agent (hereinafter called the Script) within three (3) days of the date this agreement.


The Author agrees to hold the Agent harmless and indemnify the Agent and its subsidiaries or affiliates, against any claim, demand, action, suit proceeding, or any expense whatsoever arising from claims of infringement of copyright or proprietary right, or claims of libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, or any other unlawfulness based upon or arising out of the publication or any matter pertaining to the Work.
All warranties and indemnifications made by the Author herein shall survive termination of this Contract and any license granted hereunder. All services and products, if any, provided by the Agent under this Contract are provided on an as is basis. The Agent does not warrant that the services or products, if any, provided hereunder will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall the Agent be liable for punitive, consequential, incidental, exemplary, indirect, or special damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenues, business, use, data or other intangibles, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and even if the Agent had been advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.


Agent will review this story for the express purpose of assessing its viability for publishing with TT Publishing.


It is Authors current intention to move forward and work with Agent in order to get this story published with TT Publishing.


It is Agent’s current intention to review this story for the purpose of getting it published with TT Publishing.


This agreement shall be considered to be entered into by Author upon Author filling out the form on this page.
